No miss out gym session

Even at this age Big B is very particular about his fitness regime and therefore he ensures to sweat every day in the Gym while rarely missing any session.


Daily Walk

As we all know, Amitabh Bachchan has a history of illness and diseases and therefore for better blood circulation he makes sure to walk at least for 20 mins everyday.


Yoga and Cardio

In the meanwhile when he is not in the Gym, the Deewar actor relies heavily on Cardio sessions and Yoga to maintain the peace of his mind and body.


Sleep is important
