BTS RM Diet Plan and Workout Routine

The leader of South Korea’s biggest boy band BTS, Kim Nam-joon is one of the sexiest members of the band. From his looks to his chiseled Body, the Army is all swooning over a glance of RM.
K-Pop idols have to dance and sing at the same time, so they need to train their body accordingly to get max strength and lungs capacity.
So to keep the rhythm, dancing is in routine for all the idols including RM. BTS’s everyday dance practice session goes for at least 2-3 hours which is kind of cardio and helps burning 700 to 1000 cal
To get the shape and symmetry, RM follows bodyweight Training. Training includes Push-ups, Punches, Mountain climber, Squats, Lunges, Crunches, Leg raises, Plank.
His workout sets include assault bike at 30 cal and moved up to 30 cal rowing, 50 air squats, 40 TTB, 30 Push-ups, 20 Pull-Ups and finally ends at 10 Burpees.
Due to heavy dance practice and workout routine, RM burns a lot of calories and body doesn't accumulate fat.
To support the heavy workout session, RM consumes three meals a day and sometimes likes to have light snacks to give his body needed energy.
With the exercise and diet plan, maximum intake of calories is not more than 2k.
Water is like the elixir, it keeps the body hydrated and away from toxins. RM also drinks a lot of water to keep himself hydrated and active.
