Sara Ali Khan Keto Zucchini Pasta

Her nutritionist, Dr. Siddhant Bhargava, once described how he has substituted healthier keto-friendly options for all of her favourite foods & here is her favorite Keto Zucchini Pasta.

Zucchini Pasta ingredient

150 grammes of zucchini, 7 grammes of butter (1/2 tbsp), 3 to 4 garlic cloves, 70 gram of tomato purée, 30 g of cheese, 20 g of cream, a few cherry tomatoes

Zucchini Pasta ingredient

Next you need 150 grams of chicken breast, chilli flakes, oregano, basil leaves, 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 1

Heat a butter cube in a non stick pan, add chopped garlic and stir it until it turns brown in color Add tomato puree in the pan with a pinch of salt, cover with the lid and let it boil for some time.

Step 2

Next you have to add some cheese and cream to the pan while giving it a good mix at low heat. Let it cook for a minute and then keep it aside. your sauce is now ready.

Step 3

In a pan, heat some avocado oil and add some cherry tomato, chopped parsley and red chilli flakes into it.

Step 4

In a different pan take some peeled Zucchini and Chicken breast saute it well with salt and pepper separately.

Step 5

Add the zucchini pasta and shredded chicken breast with the cheese sauce prepared while adding a few basil leaves on the top.

Step 6

Garnish it with cherry tomatoes and your Keto Zucchini pasta is ready to eat.
