Dairy and Milk
Experts agree that dairy products are essential during pregnancy, especially to meet the increased protein and calcium requirements of the unborn child

It offers significant levels of phosphorus, B vitamins, magnesium, and zinc.Therefore, your chart can include anything made of milk, cheese, or yoghurt.
