Fardeen was heavily trolled and body shamed by netizens earlier for his weight gain. While he was not much affected, still he chose to shed some kilos to get healthy.

Fardeen Khan’s biggest inspiration throughout the journey were his wife and children who made him realize the importance of living healthy.

Fardeen followed a strict workout routine and even converted his home garage into a gym. He used barbells, weight plates, dumbbells, a bench etc to workout at home.

Lifestyle Makeover

Fardeen quit smoking and drinking as the first step towards a healthy lifestyle and introduced big and healthy changes to his food habits. He made working out a daily habit.
