Diet Secret

Kriti Sanon is a Non vegetarian and her daily diet includes Fish, Dal and other Indian Cuisine.

Breakfast

2 eggs, 2 brown breads, a glass of fresh juice or protein shake.

Lunch

2 chapatis with brown rice and any vegetable or fish.

Evening snack

A cup of corn or protein shake.

Dinner

Chicken curry with steamed rice Or Dal rice with vegetables.

Workout Routine

Her workout routine includes Yoga, Dancing and Weight Training.

Weight Training

Kriti undergoes a lot of weight training 4 to 5 times each week. However she avoids cardio as she has a good metabolism and a tendency to lose weight quickly.

Kickboxing

It keeps her body fit and gives her the required flexibility.

Yoga

She practices yoga and pranayama for peace of mind and her body.

Pilates

To put on muscles she performs pilates for 1 hour at least 4-5 times a week. It improves balance, flexibility and stamina.

Dance

Kriti dances two to three times a week. She likes to mix forms—jazz, bollywood, contemporary and salsa.
