KGF Star Yash Diet and Workout Routine

Yash aka Naveen Kumar Gowda is on cloud nine after the success of his recently released KGF Chapter 2. But for his impactful character our Rocky Bhai worked hard to get that perfect physique.
The Kannada Star follows a strict diet plan. He drops food and alcohol twice a year: once in the new year and once in Macau.
Heavy carbs including nutmeg with nuts, 5 slices of brown bread, and 8 egg white parts with vegetables on the side. He also takes watermelon and papaya for fibers and nutrients.
Everyday around 11 am he takes protein shakes and seasonal fruits.
Eat four slices of bread and four bananas, before hitting the gym.
Prefers homemade food which is light but loaded with protein.
Trains 6 times a week. Yash’s workout routine is a mix of cardio and muscle training. As per reports he dedicates one hour to cardio and then moves on to weight training.
Yash wakes-up early in the morning and starts his workout at 6 am.
Dedicated to Abs
Yash performs different exercises and does abs workouts for at least an hour. HiIs routines consist of 30-minute power training- push-ups, pull-ups and rigorous training on an empty stomach.
Yash hits Gym twice a day and takes out the crazy weight for the evening workout without any breaks.
