In an interview Shehnaaz shared that when people pointed out her weight in Bigg Boss, she decided to give it a try to become fit. And yes she surely stunned us.

Secret Diet

While her transformation is big, her secret is simple. She ate the same Lunch and dinner so that more variety doesn't come in between her dieting.

Moong Dal love

Shehnaaz used to eat Moong Dal a lot during her journey which kept her full and gave her nutrients.

Check on Portion

For Shenaaz, the portion of food which she ate helped out a lot. She avoids overeating. If she craved 2 roti then she only used 1 to keep it less yet filling.

Cut to Junk

Shehnaaz also cut off non-vegetarian food, chocolates, and ice creams from her diet.

6 Months Magic

Shenaaz started her special meal routine when she weighed 67 kg and came to 12 kg in less than 6 months.

Simple and Light

The queen majorly focused on diet and was not much into workout. And this really inspires the peeps who put all their reason for not doing diet on workout and gym.
