UP Budget Session 2023: Ahead of the budget session, many party leaders were seen in special dress codes, including SP leader Akhilesh Yadav.

Akhilesh Yadav wears Sherwani for UP Budget 2023

National President of Samajwadi Party and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav arrived at the Budget session wearing ‘Sherwani’. Along with him, many other Samajwadi Party MLAs have also arrived wearing sherwani. Bhadohi MLA Zahid Baig reached the assembly by riding a bicycle and wearing sherwani. He said that the country got independence only by wearing sherwani, lungi and dhoti. 

UP Budget 2023

Uttar Pradesh’s Yogi government  is presenting the UP Budget-2023 in the assembly. Finance Minister Suresh Khanna is presenting the second budget of the second term of the Yogi government. Earlier, the budget was approved in the cabinet meeting at the official residence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
