Alert in Punjab after Patiala violence, CM Bhagwant Mann said - the guilty will not be spared

The Bhagwant Mann Government of Punjab has become alert after the violence in Patiala. CM Bhagwant Mann has ordered an inquiry into the incident. He gave these orders in a meeting with Chief Secretary Anirudh Tiwari, DGP VK Bhavra and other senior officers. 

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena leader Harish Singla has been arrested in connection with the violent clash near Shri Kali Devi temple after CM Bhagwant Mann's meeting with officials. CM said that no guilty will be spared. The Chief Minister asked the DGP to take strict action regarding this matter.

The Chief Minister asked the DGP to take strict action on this matter and those who are playing with the peace law of Punjab should be dealt with strictly. The Chief Minister said that anti-Punjab forces would not allow peace to be disturbed at any cost.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that peace order in the state will not be allowed to be disturbed at all. The CM said that the incident of clash in Patiala is very unfortunate. Said that he spoke to the DGP, peace has been restored in the area. The state government is monitoring the situation. The peace and harmony of Punjab is of utmost importance to the government.

Curfew announced

Meanwhile, District Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sahni has announced curfew to maintain peace and order in the district. Curfew will be in place from 7 pm to 6 am. DC has also appealed to the people to maintain peace. Said that the administration is busy investigating the matter.

The National Commission for Minorities (NCM) has written to the Chief Secretary of Punjab, directing him to send a detailed report on the clashes with a minority community in Patiala. 

Shiv Sena Bal Thackeray took out Khalistan Murdabad March in Patiala. They were raising slogans of Khalistan Murdabad. Meanwhile, warm-hearted Sikh youths also reached there and took out a march. He called the Bandar Sena of Shiv Sainiks.
