Fugitive Amritpal’s father statement against Punjab Police; watch video

Amritpal Singh, a supporter of Khalistan and a separatist, and his supporters are under investigation for allegedly attacking the Ajnala police station in Punjab.

The Waris Punjab De residents were the target of a huge state-wide search operation, according to a statement from the Punjab Police on Saturday. Many people, including Amritpal Singh, are missing, according to the authorities. Authorities have already detained 78 additional suspects in this case. Amritpal has also been listed by the police as a runaway.

Amtirpal’s Father accuses Punjab Police as Khalistan Supporter

Amritpal Singh’s father issued a major statement announcing that his son had been arrested by police. Nevertheless, information is not forthcoming. Simultaneously, the Punjab Police maintain that efforts are being undertaken to locate Amritpal.

Amritpal Singh’s father claimed that police searched his home for three to four hours but found nothing “illegal” and that they were unaware of the radical leader’s location.

So far, 78 members of ‘Waris Punjab De’ have been arrested, while several more have been detained for interrogation. “Six to seven Amritpal Singh gunmen have been apprehended by police,” stated Jalandhar Police Commissioner Kuldeep Singh Chahal.
