Amul Price Hike: Dairy Company increased the rates of milk, curd and lassi amid raise in GST

Amul Rates became expensive from July 19

Let us inform you that Amul has raised the prices of its products beginning tomorrow, July 19th. Amul has raised the prices of a variety of products, including milk, curd, buttermilk, and flavoured milk. You will have to pay more money to buy Amul products from now on.

Amul has raised the price of 200g curd by Rs 20 to Rs 21. Aside from that, the price of Amul Lassi will be raised. The cost of Amul Lassi has risen from Rs.10 to Rs.11.

Amul hikes prices of flavored milk

In addition to curd and buttermilk, Amul has raised the price of flavoured milk. When it comes to the price of flavoured milk, you will now have to pay 22 rupees for 20 rupees of Amul milk. Flavored milk with a Rs 12 treta pack costs Rs 13. Previously, you had to pay 12 rupees for this. At the same time, if you consider the Tetra-containing pack, a packet of 200 ml whey will cost Rs 13 rather than Rs 12.

Amul Price hiked due to GST

Amul revealed the reasons for the price increases, stating that the prices of the products have risen due to the government's increased GST. Let us remind you that on July 18, the government decided to levy a 5% GST on these items.
