Meanwhile, news is coming that senior leader Anand Sharma may leave Congress and join BJP.

Anand Sharma is a big name in Congress

Anand has resigned from the post of the President of the Steering Committee of the State Congress. He is a big name in the politics of the state. There is a lot of hold in his central leadership. However, he has been on the back foot ever since his name was added to G23. This cannot be said to be a good sign for the Congress ahead of the elections.

Anand Sharma was very angry with his neglect in the Himachal Congress for a long time. This resentment grew to such an extent that he had to step down as the chairman of the committee. An MLA close to Sharma says that he is interfering a lot in the politics of the state.

Actually, assembly elections are to be held in Himachal Pradesh by the end of this year. In such a situation, the meeting of Nadda and Shimla-born Sharma is considered very important.

BJP President JP Nadda said that it is his personal decision to resign from the post of Congress party's steering committee of Anand Sharma. I have had a relationship with him as a friend. We studied together in university. JP Nadda said that we did not talk about joining the party. We know each other personally. We have 'shared possibilities'.
