The party's state media in-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan has given information in this regard. He has said that this action has been taken on the instructions of State President Mahendra Bhatt.
Apart from this, Ankit Arya, brother of main accused Pulkit Arya and son of BJP leader Vinod Arya, has been removed by the Uttarakhand government from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Uttarakhand Other Backward Classes Commission.
Notice has also been issued while notice has also been issued in this regard. This notice has been issued on the letter pad of the State General Secretary of BJP. In this notice issued on September 24, it is written, "State President Mahendra Bhatt, taking cognizance of Ankita's murder, has expelled Dr. Vinod Arya and his son Dr. Ankit Arya resident of Haridwar district from BJP with immediate effect.
