Aryan Khan live update: Earlier the Mumbai's High court has adjourned the bail application hearing of Aryan Khan, Arbazz Merchantt and Munmun Damecha for today after listening to Amit Desai who is representing Arbazz Merchantt's case. The NCB representative ASG Anil Singh said that he will reply all those questions raised by Aryan Khan's legal panel in today's hearing.
After Aryan Khan’s legal team moved to Mumbai High court for bail plea, on Tuesday, a single bench of Justice NW Sambre began hearing Aryan Khan's bail application. His bail application was opposed by the Narcotics Control Bureau. The NCB claimed that Aryan Khan was not only a drug consumer, but also involved in drug dealing. Whereas Aryan’s lawyer, Mukul Rohtagi, claimed that his client is a victim and not an accused. Since no consumption or possession of drugs have been found from him, there is no way he should be in a jail. The court announced to continue the hearing for Wednesday. I.e. on 27th October

The court has resumed hearing of Aryan Khan along with others who are accused in the same case. Amit Desai starts arguments on bail petition of Arbazz Merchantt. The arrest report made no mention of use other than for personal use. As a result, there was a clear agreement that this was purely a personal consumption case," Amit Desai said.

After Satish manshinde and Amit Desai now advocate Mukul Rohtagi is in charge of representing superstar Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in Mumbai’s cordelia drug bust case. NCB detained Aryan Khan along with his friends Arbazz Merchantt and Munmun Damecha in connection with the case.
After facing bail plea rejection from Mumbai’s magistrate court and special NDPS courts, Aryan Khan’s legal panel moved to Mumbai’s high court and filed a bail petition again. On Tuesday a single bench of Justice NW Sambre heard Aryan’s side and announced to continue the hearing on wednesday 27th October.
During the bail hearing, Advocate Mukul Rohtagi questioned NCB that if no possession or consumption of drugs evidence were found from his client, then why was he kept in jail for 20 days.
The former attorney general, who was representing Aryan Khan, added, "The diabolical plot is categorically denied. I'm not making any accusations or panchas against NCB officials."
