The Atal Residential School Scheme has been started by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath. New schools will be run in the state through the scheme. Through the UP Atal Residential School Scheme , all the facilities related to education will be provided to the children of labourers which are provided to the girl students by Jawahar Lal Navodaya Vidyalaya.
In order to provide quality education to the children of all labourers from the age of 6 to 14 years by the state government, education up to primary, junior, high school and secondary will be provided free of cost to the beneficiary children under the scheme. To develop the citizens of the working class and to make them understand the importance of studies, this scheme has been issued by the UP government. By getting a good education, he can give a new look to the pace of his life.
The objective of the Uttar Pradesh Atal Awasiya Vidyalaya Yojana is to provide education to the poor and orphaned children of the state. The labour families who have been registered under the scheme (Uttar Pradesh Atal Residential School Scheme) will be provided the benefit of Atal Residential School . Along with education, the students in schools will also be promoted in the field of games.
Students can participate in the sports of their choice. Under the UP Atal Residential School Scheme, students will be selected on the basis of counselling. Through the scheme, reforms in the areas of education and schools will be made modern. The implementation of the scheme will be done by the Public Works Department.
All orphans and children of laborers of the state can take the benefit of UP Atal Awasiya Vidyalaya Yojana.
The benefit of the scheme will be given only to the children of registered workers.
Children between 6 to 14 years of labor will be given admission in the school under the scheme.
Through the UP Atal Residential School Scheme , education from class I to XII will be done.
Children of orphans and registered laborers will be provided free education from class 1 to 12.
Under the scheme, 18 residential schools have been announced in the states.
These schools will be constructed in 12 to 15 acres of land in the state in which facilities like hostels, playgrounds etc. will be provided for the children.
Along with education, girl students will also be involved in sports competitions.
The children of more than 18 thousand labor families will be benefited from the Uttar Pradesh Atal Residential School Scheme .
The implementation of the scheme will be completed by 2022 after which the children of all the eligible beneficiary laborers will get the benefits for education from the scheme.
About Rs 58 crore will be spent by the government for the UP Atal Residential School Scheme .
To take advantage of the Atal Awasiya Vidyalaya Yojana, the parents of the student should be a native of Uttar Pradesh.
Aadhar card is mandatory for the student and his/her parents.
The benefit of the scheme (UP Atal Residential School Scheme) will be provided to the children of those workers of the state who are registered with the Labor Department.
All orphans and children of labor families of the state can take advantage of the scheme.
Students must have a passport size photograph.
