Every party in Uttar Pradesh is now engaged in preparations for Lok Sabha Elections 2024. At the same time, Congress has also started working on its organization. In this sequence, on Saturday, the party announced the name of the UP Congress President. The party has given the responsibility of state president to Brijlal Khabri.

Other Presidents

Nakul Dubey, Virendra Chaudhary, Anil Yadav, Yogesh Dixit, Ajay Rai and Naseemuddin Siddiqui have been made provincial presidents. Ajay Kumar Lallu had resigned from the post of president after disappointing results in the UP assembly elections, after which the new state president has been announced. Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has also been in charge of UP, but despite her constant activism, Congress has won only two seats in the state.

Dalit state president after 25 years

At the same time, only one and a half year is left for the Lok Sabha elections. Therefore, the party has tried to reach out to the party cadre along with the vote bank with this new formula. The party has made Dalit state president after 25 years.

The party has appointed six provincial presidents to support its weak organization. However, with the selection, voices of dissatisfaction have started rising inside the house. The most shocking name among the six provincial presidents is Nakul Dubey.
