Tejasswi Yadav gets relief from Delhi High Court
The Delhi High Court post hearing the case mandated Tejashwi's appearance before the CBI. The CBI also stated in court that they would not be arresting Tejashwi Yadav in March in connection with this case as of now. The topic was discussed at length in court, and Tejashwi's attorney stated that the problem was that a witness was called and then arrested. There is a chance that they will do the same to my client, Tejashwi Yadav, in this circumstance. He was told that Tejashwi wouldn't be detained just yet in response to this.
After hearing from both sides, the court ruled that Tejashwi must appear before the CBI's Delhi headquarters on March 25 and that the agency will not detain him for now. The petition was dismissed by the court with the aforementioned order.
