In a piece of cloth, put the warm ginger paste and wrap it around the site of aching. Keep it for 15 minutes. 

2. Haldi (turmeric) as home remedy for body pain

Haldi or turmeric has a number of qualities other than adding color to the food. It has medicinal properties and that’s why it is used extensively in Ayurvedic practices. It offers relief to swelling and burning sensations. Make a paste of turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Apply it on the site of the swelling or burning, and keep it for 15 minutes.

3.Cinnamon as home remedy for body pain

Cinnamon is filled with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. To use cinnamon as a gharelu ilaj (home remedy) for body pain, make a paste of cinnamon and honey. Apply it at the site of pain and massage it gently.
