CBI raids on Tejashwi Yadav's Urban Cubecs Mall in Gurugram in connection with land scam

CBI has raided the Urban Cubecs Mall in Gurugram, Haryana. It is being said that this mall belongs to Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav. This mall is located in Sector 71 of Gurugram. Earlier this morning, the CBI raided the places of 5 people including an RJD MP and an MLA in Bihar. He took this action on the day when the new government of Bihar is going to present the trust vote in the assembly.

Acts of retaliation- RJD

It is an under construction mall where the CBI officers checked the papers. RJD called these raids just before the floor test in Bihar as an act of retaliation. Significantly, the CBI team is raiding the houses of 5 RJD leaders in Bihar. Apart from 2 Rajya Sabha MPs, it also includes former MLA and RJD financier Abu Dojana.

CBI has raided for the third time in the recruitment scam. It is alleged that land and plots were taken in lieu of getting jobs when Lalu Yadav was the Railway Minister. After investigation in this case, CBI has registered a case against Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, Misa Yadav, Hema Yadav and some such candidates who were given jobs in lieu of plot or property.
