IPL 2023: The new variant of Corona has wreaked havoc in the entire nation and now the clouds of crisis are hovering over the IPL. Unfortunately, Covid-19 is also playing during this IPL season in India. Beginning on March 31st, the Indian Premier League will kick start its 16th season. The defending champion Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings will square off in the opening game of the 2023 IPL. The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad will host this contest between the two teams. The matter of concern is that India is witnessing a continuous rise in the number of Covid 19 cases in the country, which will definitely push the IPL federation to make necessary changes.

In other states, 30% of Covid instances have been discovered. IPL has resumed its previous format after four years (Home and Away). But Corona has once more shaken the entire nation.
