Weightlifting - Harjinder Kaur won bronze medal

India's Harjinder Kaur won the bronze medal in the women's 71 kg weightlifting event. She made her first attempt of 90 kg in the snatch round, but failed. At the same time, in the second attempt, Harjinder Kaur lifted a weight of 90 kg. After this he lifted 93 kg in the next lift. Harinder's final score in the snatch was 93 kg. He lifted 116 kg in his second attempt of clean and jerk. He lifted 119 kg in his third attempt. The total weight remained 212.

Boxing - Ashish Kumar reached the quarterfinals

In the men's 80kg event round of 16, Ashish Kumar Choudhary faced Travis of Niue. Ashish Kumar won this match 5-0 and now he has reached the quarterfinals.

Judo - Sushila Devi had to be satisfied with silver

In the women's 48 kg weight category, Sushila Devi had to face defeat in the final. The South African player managed to take 1 point in the last second and Sushila Devi lost the match 0-1. It is worth mentioning that Sushila won India's first medal in judo by winning silver.
