Congress leader Mani Shankar says RSS is dividing India into pieces | Congress| BJP

Mani Shankar Aiyer who is a Senior Congress leader and former minister Aiyar has accused the RSS of breaking the country. He has said that they are trying to divide the country and Bharat Jodo Yatra is to stop them from doing so.

What did Mani Shankar said?

Mani Shankar Aiyar said, "These are the people of 'Sangh Parivar' who are dividing India into 'pieces' on the basis of religion, language and caste. This yatra is against this. Will have to fight against attempts to break it.” He also said that opposition unity would be essential for electoral victory. Whether the purpose of the yatra will be fulfilled in terms of victory in the elections, I cannot say now.

Rahul Gandhi will resume journey from Delhi

On 24th December, Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra has reached Delhi. They will resume from Kashmere Gate on 3 January and complete the rest of the journey in North-India. During this, Punjab and Kashmir will also be covered by Congress. But in these states the situation is a little sensitive therefore Congress has asked Union Home Minister Amit Shah to beef up the security of Rahul Gandhi.
