Congress protests in Parliament and on the road against Adani Group | Hindenburg Research Report

On Monday, there is a commotion calling for an investigation of the Adani Group from Parliament to the street. LIC and SBI offices around the nation are the target of protests by the Congress. The party requests that a legislative panel (JPC) or a Supreme Court committee look into the financial dealings of the Adani Group.

Congress accused Adani

"PM Modi's friend Adani is accused of the largest swindle in history," the Congress stated. However, PM Modi has been silent during this entire situation. Inaction results in no investigation. The Modi government's utter silence on the matter, according to the Congress, reeks of involvement, it claimed on Sunday as it stepped up its criticism of the Center over the charges against the Adani group. 

Jairam Ramesh, the general secretary of the Congress, announced that starting on Sunday, the party will ask Prime Minister Narendra Modi three questions each day over this matter. He has urged the prime minister to speak up on this subject.
