Coronavirus India Update: The pace of Corona is not stopping, more than 20 thousand cases have come to the fore, 54 have died

The pace of corona in the country is not taking its name. More than 20 thousand cases of corona are being registered daily. Talking about the last 24 hours, new cases of coronavirus infection continue to increase in India. Due to the increase in the number of new patients, the concern of the central and state government has increased. Health workers are being instructed to conduct continuous vaccination and test drives, so that corona infection can be dealt with. 

Corona cases and deaths

Looking at the latest figures, 20,408 new cases of corona have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, and 20,958 patients have been cured. The total number of people recovering from corona has increased to 4,33,30,442. At the same time, 54 people died due to corona in the last 24 hours, after which the number of people who lost their lives due to corona has increased to 5,26,312.

Vaccination doses

According to the ministry, under the nationwide vaccination campaign, more than 203.94 crore doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccines have been given in the country so far. Of the 44 patients who died due to corona across the country, six each from Maharashtra and West Bengal, four each from Haryana and Karnataka, three each from Gujarat, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jammu and Kashmir and Two patients each have died from Madhya Pradesh and one each from Chandigarh, Delhi, Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Odisha and Sikkim.

The Health Ministry has said that more than 70 percent of the people who have succumbed to the infection had serious diseases. "Our data is being reconciled with the data of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)," the ministry said on its website.
