Maruti Suzuki launches India’s first mass segment Flex Fuel prototype car

On December 12, Maruti Suzuki India Limited (Maruti Suzuki) announced that the Wagon R Flex Fuel prototype model had been launched in Delhi. In the presence of Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari, the first mass segment Flex Fuel prototype vehicle was unveiled. The Wagon R Flex Fuel prototype was created in accordance with the government's clean and green goals. It can run on any ethanol-petrol mixture ranging from 20% (E20) to 85% (E85). Maruti Suzuki engineers domestically design and develop the vehicle with the assistance of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, if needed. 
 

Retail inflation for November drops to 5.88%

Compared to street forecasts of 6.33 percent, the consumer price index inflation for November came in at 5.88 percent. The CPI has now dropped below 6% for the first time this year. The CPI is a metric that assesses changes in the costs of the most popular consumer goods and services, including, among others, food, electronics, housing, clothing, and transportation.
