First Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine (H2-ICE) powered truck of India Launched

Internal Combustion Engine is the ICE in H2-ICE. In collaboration with Ashok Leyland, Reliance developed it. In India, the hydrogen-powered H2-ICE vehicle is a first for its kind. The truck's manufacturing has a high production cost. The truck doesn't produce any carbon, though. Everything is spotless. Francois Isaac de Rivaz produced the first H2-ICE in the year 1806. An oxygen and hydrogen mixture was used to power it. 

 

Inauguration 2nd SCO Young Scientist Conclave in Bengaluru

At the 19th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO, India's Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi coined the acronym HEALTH ('H' for Health-care cooperation, 'E' for Economic cooperation, 'A' for Alternate Energy, 'L' for Literature and Culture, 'T' for Terrorism free society, and 'H' for Humanitarian Cooperation). This was mentioned by Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) Science & Technology; Minister of State (Independent Charge) Earth Sciences; MoS PMO, Personnel, Public Grievances, Pensions, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr. Jitendra Singh in his opening remarks on the inauguration. 

 

Asia’s Largest Helicopter Manufacturing Facility In Karnataka’s Tumakuru Inaugurated 

In Tumakuru, Karnataka, the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) helicopter facility is dedicated to the country by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Also in 2016, Prime Minister Modi lay the facility's foundation stone, which is a brand-new, greenfield helicopter plant. The facility will improve India's ecosystem and manufacturing capabilities for helicopters. As a result, some 6000 people in the area will receive jobs. The PMO stated in a release that this helicopter factory is Asia's largest helicopter manufacturing facility and will first build the Light Utility Helicopters (LUH). A 3-tonne class, single engine, multipurpose utility helicopter with a distinctive feature of great agility, the LUH was designed and produced domestically.
