Lithium reserves have been discovered for the first time in this nation in such significant quantities. These hoards were discovered in Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi area. This lithium resource has a 5.9 million tonnes maximum capacity. After Chile and Australia, this is the highest temperature ever recorded. India now ranks third in the world for lithium capacity as a result. For India, this revelation is huge. Currently, 96% of the lithium India needs is imported, costing a significant sum of foreign currency. In 2021–2022, India spent Rs 13,838 crore on lithium-ion battery imports.
Google created a doodle in honor of P K Rosie, the first female actor in Malayalam cinema, on the occasion of her 120th birthday. She starred in the 1928 motion picture Vigathakumaran (The Lost Child). She became well-known as a result. Rosie herself belonged to the Dalit ethnicity.
The UP Global Investors Summit of 2023 has started. This conference will last for three days, from February 10 to 12, and it is anticipated that big investments in the state will be announced there.
