Cyclone Mocha: Strong gusts, a storm, and heavy rain accompanied the dangerously formed cyclone Moka

Mocha, a storm that originated in the Bay of Bengal, is currently a powerful cyclone. According to the Indian Meteorological Centre (IMD), the storm became severe on Thursday night about 5.30 p.m. The Meteorological Department predicts that the storm's intensity will rise even more on Friday. Many regions of the country may experience the severe effects of Cyclone Moka, it is feared.

The cyclonic storm is reportedly slowly making its way towards the northwest. According to IMD, the severe depression over the Bay of Bengal has developed into Cyclone Moka. As a result, Bangladesh and Myanmar are on rain alert. Additionally, Andaman has received a warning for heavy rain.
