Former Tata Group chairman Cyrus Mistry was killed in a car accident. This incident reportedly took place in Palghat, a nearby city to Mumbai. Mistry was rushed to the hospital following the incident, where he was pronounced dead.

Around 3 p.m. in the Palghar region of Maharashtra, Cyrus Mistry, the former chairman of Tata Sons, was killed in an automobile accident. There were a total of 4 individuals in the car, according to Palghar police. Cyrus Mistry was one of the two who died in the tragedy. Cyrus Mistry, a former chairman of Tata Sons, was killed in a car accident on Sunday at Charoti in Palghar while driving a Mercedes from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. On the bridge spanning the Surya river, the disaster took place. Hospitalized are two more injured patients. Palghar SP claims that the vehicle struck the divider.
