Delhi Covid Restrictions: Corona cases have started decreasing in Delhi… In such a situation, the Delhi government has decided to remove some restrictions. With the decreasing cases of corona, there was a demand to reduce the restrictions in Delhi. In such a situation, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) had called an important meeting on Thursday. In the meeting, it has been decided to reduce some restrictions including removal of weekend curfew. However, the night curfew in Delhi will continue from 10 pm to 5 am.
Along with the removal of weekend curfew, the government has allowed 200 members in a wedding ceremony. The theaters will also be opened up with 50% capacity. The government offices will also be opened with 50% capacity. And the odd even rule for markets will also be removed.
But there are some restrictions which will stay in place for the people. Educational institutes and schools will still remain closed. Night curfew will continue. Deputy CM Manish Sisodia talked about opening the schools. He said that online education cannot take the place of offline education. This is because the cases are reducing in Delhi. Satyendra Jain also said that the case count is comparatively lower than other times. They have reduced from 7500 to 5000.
