The situation in Delhi-NCR is continuously deteriorating amid rising air pollution. According to the forecast of Safar India, the air quality index in Delhi-NCR may cross 500 during the next 24-48 hours. According to SAFAR, if Delhi's AQI is below 500 on Friday, it is expected to cross 500 on Saturday.

Due to air pollution in Delhi, it is bad since Thursday morning. People are troubled by other problems including burning in the eyes, sore throat, headache, then people suffering from other serious diseases including asthma were forced to go to the hospital. Earlier, Union Environment Minister Bhupendra Yadav has described Delhi as a 'Gas Chamber'.

People reported burning sensation in the eyes as well as difficulty in breathing. To avoid this pollution, experts have suggested to stay in homes. But pollution has reached such a state that people now have to deal with polluted air even inside their homes.If you are also facing problems caused by pollution, then you have to adopt these five measures immediately, so that the body can be kept healthy in the midst of polluted air.
