In the early hours of Wednesday, the Delhi Police took into custody the candidates who were demanding an extra chance to clear the UPSC exam. They were demonstrating in the old Rajendra Nagar area of Delhi. They say that due to the Corona epidemic, these unions could not prepare for the Civil Services Examination.

The protesters said that since they could not prepare for the exam due to COVID-19 and the lockdown, the opportunity was lost. A protesting girl student named Garima said that SSC Grade (GD) and Agniveer candidates have been given extra chance, so they should also be given.

Protestor demanded two extra attempts and two years relaxation in age limit. He said we want two years relaxation and two more attempts. Has Covid not affected UPSC aspirants? If the government can try to promote MSMEs and waive off loans, why can't it give us some relaxation? During Kovid, not only dead bodies, our dreams were also burnt to ashes.
