Some roads will remain closed on Monday in the national capital Delhi. Not only this, the movement of buses will also be closed on some routes. Traffic Police informed people to avoid going at Gol Methi Junction, Tughlaq Road Junction, Claridges Junction, Q-Point Junction, Sunehri Masjid Junction, Maulana Azad Road Junction and Man Singh Road Junction between 7 am to 12 noon. Heavy traffic movement is expected due to special arrangements.
Delhi Traffic Police said that due to special traffic arrangements, the movement of buses beyond Gol Dak Khana Junction, Patel Chowk, Windsor Place, Teen Murti Chowk, Prithviraj Road in New Delhi will be restricted. The traffic police said that between 7 am and 12 noon, avoid traveling on Motilal Nehru Marg, Akbar Road, Janpath and Man Singh Road. Due to special arrangements, traffic will not be able to move on these roads.

The police did not specify in the tweet the reason behind these special traffic restrictions.A Delhi Police official said that this traffic arrangement has been made because of the mega satyagraha protest proposed by the Congress.
A police official said the city sees a lot of traffic during the peak morning hours, especially on Mondays, as people leave their homes for their offices.Apart from this, many people return to Delhi after spending the weekend holidays."Since the rally is proposed in the morning, we had refused permission on Sunday itself, but still, elaborate security and traffic arrangements have been made in central Delhi," the official said.
