DRDO's new QRSAM missile increased the difficulty of the enemy, can hit multiple targets

India on Thursday successfully completed six trials of the QRSAM system, a surface-to-air surface-to-air missile, off the Odisha coast. According to the Defence Research and Development Organisation, the flight tests have been conducted by the Indian Army as part of the evaluation trials. The short-range QRSAM missile made in India has the capability to hit multiple targets simultaneously. The missile has the capability to strike a range of 25 to 30 km. It is designed as a quick reaction missile. 

Missile meets all standards

The Quick Reaction Surface to Air Missile (QRSAM) met all the standards. Attacked the target with precision. During this, the warhead chain of the missile was also examined. After all the tests, it was confirmed that the Indian QRSAM system is the best, lethal, fast and accurate. DRDO also checked telemetry, radar and electro-optical tracking systems during the flight test. So that it can be known whether all these missiles and enemy targets are tracking correctly or not. All systems were working fine.

After these tests, QRSAM will be handed over to the army. These missiles have indigenous Radio Frequency Seekers (RF Seekers). Apart from this, the system has a mobile launcher, automated command and control system, surveillance and multi-function radar. You forget after firing this missile. It kills by chasing its target. This capability of the missile was successfully tested during the test held today.

The QRSAM missile has the capability to strike a range of 25 to 30 km. It is designed as a quick reaction missile. It has an all-weather system. Such a missile has the ability to identify the target and hit the target. Defense Minister of India Rajnath Singh has congratulated DRDO and Indian Army on the successful test of the missile.
