Fake Voters: Women came in burqas to cast fake votes, police detained them

Voting is taking place on Thursday in 38 districts across Uttar Pradesh for the civic body elections (UP Nikay Chunav-2023). Voting is also going on in Mau district. But here fake voters have also been caught by the police. An attempt has been made to cast votes in a false fashion in Kheerabagh in Kotwali city. The poll workers, however, detained the burqa-clad women who came to vote and turned them over to the police. A total of 15 fake voters have been arrested by the police.
