Farm laws repealed: 

Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu has welcomed the decision to withdraw the Agriculture Act yesterday on the occasion of 552nd Gurunanak Dev Ji Jayanti. Navjot Singh Sidhu has expressed happiness over the announcement of repeal of all three agriculture laws and said that this is the victory of the farmers.

Navjot Singh Sidhu has praised the Samyukt Kisan Morcha for its continuous struggle for the repeal of all three agricultural laws and said that the credit for the repeal of agricultural laws goes solely to the Samyukt Kisan Morcha.

Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu said that Baba Nanak has blessed us with immense blessings today. Sidhu said that if PM Modi accepted his mistake on Guru Nanak Jayanti, then he should be forgiven. Navjot Singh Sidhu said that on one hand Kartarpur is open and on the other hand another big decision has come to withdraw the Agriculture laws, and said that with the opening of Kartarpur, more avenues will open. Navjot Singh Sidhu considering the apology by PM Modi said that if someone forgets about the morning and comes home in the evening and when someone confesses his mistake on the birth anniversary of Baba Nanak, then Punjab should forgive.

MSP is a bigger issue than agriculture laws:

Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu said that MSP is a bigger issue than agricultural laws, it is the lifeline of Indian farmers. If the central government truly wants to fulfill its promise of doubling farmers' income or accept the C2 formula of the Swaminathan report, they should accept this demand.
