Fight in the society of Noida, 2 guards in custody

A clash broke out between two groups of people supporting different candidates for the post of President of the Apartment Owners Association of Hyde Park Society, Noida. 2 women have suffered minor injuries. Police have registered a complaint and 2 guards have been taken into custody.

According to the information, the matter is of Hyde Park Society located in Noida Sector 78. In police station Sector 113, a complaint related to the ruckus was made in the society. Noida DCP said that two groups of people supporting different candidates for the post of President of Apartment Owners Association of Hyde Park Society, Noida had clashed yesterday. In this, 2 women have suffered minor injuries. Two guards have also been taken into custody after registering a complaint in this case.

Police starts investigation

Sector 113 police station in-charge Sharad Kant Sharma said that a dispute was going on between the two parties in the society under the leadership of Pushpendra and Dinesh Tyagi and the police had also investigated the matter earlier. The situation worsened on Thursday evening when the security guards allegedly sided with Dinesh Tyagi and attacked the other group. The police is scanning the footage of the security cameras installed inside the society premises to identify the accused. Police said a case would be registered after the initial investigation is over.
