A painful accident happened in Jodhpur, Rajasthan on Saturday. In the afternoon of Magra Punjala area located in the Mata Ka Than police station area, several loud explosions were heard one after the other in a house. These explosions were so strong that the house in which these explosions took place, there was a tremor in the houses around it. As if there was an earthquake. After this incident, panic spread in the area. Four people died in the accident. At the same time, 16 people are said to be injured. All have been admitted to the hospital.
All the injured have been admitted to MGH Hospital for treatment. District Magistrate Himanshu Gupta has ordered an inquiry into the matter and assured that if anyone is found guilty in the incident, action will be taken against him as per law. Assistant commissioner of police (ACP) (Mandaur) Rajendra Prasad Diwakar said that a house in the Kirti Nagar area suddenly exploded over a dozen cylinders at around 2 am on Saturday.
Diwakar said, "These cylinders were kept at the house of a person named Bhomaram Lohar, who supplied the cylinders." He said the cause of the explosion was not yet known. It appears that the explosion occurred while filling gas in the cylinder, he said.
According to the information, a gas agency car was also parked outside the house when the accident happened, so it is believed that a large number of gas cylinders were kept in the house. One of them exploded in a cylinder, due to which four explosions were heard in the surrounding area. Fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and the fire was brought under control. During the incident, a parked vehicle and several vehicles came under fire. The entire item kept in the house was burnt to ashes. In this whole incident, two daughters of Bhomaram Lohar's family, Neetu and Komal, son Vicky and brother-in-law Suresh have died.
