The District Court of Varanasi has given a big verdict in the Gyanvapi Masjid case. The court rejected the petition of the Muslim side. The court has considered the petition allowing worship in the Maa Shringar Gauri temple present in the Gyanvapi campus to be maintainable. District Judge Dr. AK Vishvesh, while delivering the verdict, dismissed the appeal of the Muslim side.
September 22 has been fixed for the next hearing. After the verdict, the lawyers of the Hindu side Vishnu Shankar and Vishnu Shankar reached the Jain temple. Hari Shankar Jain worshiped for 20 minutes in the Kashi Vishwanath temple. On the other hand, the Muslim side is preparing to go to the High Court against this decision.
On the other hand, the ongoing hearing in the Allahabad High Court in the Gyanvapi-Sringar Gauri case has been completed. This petition was filed by the Muslim side. In this the ASI survey has been challenged. On Monday, the Hindu side presented its arguments. With this the decision was reserved. Justice Prakash Padia is hearing the matter.
Maurya said, 'The court has considered this matter to be hearable, I welcome it. Rest of the judicial process will continue as it is. I appeal to both the parties to welcome the decision of the court. Both the parties should refrain from creating any kind of dispute. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court gave its verdict today. The court has found that the matter is worth hearing.
Maulvi Shahabuddin Razvi of Ala Hazrat Dargah of Bareilly has said that he will not react to today's verdict of Varanasi in Gyanvapi Masjid case. But this decision of the court will be challenged in the High Court and it will be taken forward. The cleric said that the Muslim side would leave no stone unturned to save the mosque.
