Healthy Dinner: How to prepare immunity boosting Garlic and Tomato Soup?- Watch Video

Eating Soup, when unhealthy or normally during dinner is very beneficial for good health. Some Soups also help in boosting one’s immunity. 

One such immunity boosting soup is Tomato-Garlic Soup. Know here how to prepare this immunity boosting soup at home:


  1. 10 Garlic Cloves

  2. 4 Tomatoes

  3. 2 Onions

  4. ¼ teaspoon salt

  5. ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  6. ¼ cup fresh Coriander leaves

  7. 1 Bay leaf

  8. ½ spoon sugar

  9. 1 spoon Butter


  1. Make Tomato Puree

  2. Heat 1 large spoon of butter in Non-Sticky Sauce Pan.

  3. Add chopped Onions and Garlic cloves in the pan

  4. Cook it for 25 minutes

  5. After cooking for 25 minutes, add Tomato Puree, salt, sugar, Bay leaf and black pepper in the pan, mix it well and let the ingredients boil

  6. Then, let the soup get cooked on low flame for 15 minutes with the pan covered with lid.

Before serving the soup, remove the Bay leaf from the soup and garnish it by adding Coriander leaves


Garlic contains antiviral compounds and Vitamin C present in Tomatoes help in boosting immunity. Hence, you must try this soup at home as it is not just tasty but healthy too.
