Before Holi, there are eight days of Holashtak, according to the Panchang. Holashtak is observed this year for nine days rather than eight. It will begin on February 27 and continue through March 7. It will begin on Ashtami Tithi of Shukla Paksha in the month of Phalgun and terminate on Purnima Tithi of the same month. It is forbidden to perform any auspicious work during Holashtak, according to Panchang. Know what to do during Holashtak based on the scriptures.
The scriptures state that worshipping during Holashtak is fortunate. Worship other deities in addition to Lord Vishnu for this reason.
Do recite Shri Sukta and the Mangal Debt Redemption Source during Holashtak. By doing this, one achieves debt freedom in addition to the elimination of all crises.
On Holashtak, it is lucky to worship both Hanuman ji and Lord Narasimha.
Do Shiva worship and the Mahamrityunjaya mantra to cure illnesses.
Doing Havan during Holashtak for wealth will be fortunate. You must therefore present jaggery, a lump of turmeric, Kaner flowers, and yellow mustard in Havan.
