Simple strategies to maintain your weight loss

Drink enough water: Water can be a huge aid in weight loss. If you drink it before meals, it may even help you burn more calories and reduce your hunger.

Sleep enough: A healthy weight loss plan must include getting enough, high-quality sleep. Insufficient sleep alters hormones, which increases appetite and increases our urge to consume. It is advised to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night to help in weight loss.

Be stress free: For those who cannot sleep enough due to stress should start doing meditation, because when you worry too much or take extra stress your body releases Cortisol which is a stress hormone due to which you see a sudden increment in your belly fat which also becomes a hindrance in your weight loss startegy.

Consistency: Make sure to maintain a consistency for eg. eating the right food, doing the right exercise at the right time, sleeping enough, drinking enough water but the most important thing is that it should be done every single day.
