With an unexpected heavy rain on Monday in many parts of the country including Delhi-NCR. Heavy traffic jams were seen in many places due to heavy rains in the national capital Delhi. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in many parts of the country, even today.
Cloudy sky and drizzle in Delhi-NCR is expected by the Meteorological Department. It has also forecasted that it will be cloudy on Tuesday and the rain will be light during this time. The Meteorological Department said that there is a forecast of good rainfall on March 24 as well.
The Meteorological Department has predicted moderate to heavy rainfall with gusty cold winds and possible hailstorms in Delhi-NCR region. It has also predicted cloudy skies and moderate rain with thunderstorms in Northwest and East India.
The regional meteorological centre, in its seven day weather forecast, stated that Delhi is expected to witness cloudy sky, thunderstorms with light to moderate rain accompanied by gusty winds, and hail in isolated areas. Possibility of the maximum and minimum temperatures will likely be in the range of 26 and 16 degrees, respectively.
