In Mainpuri, the stronghold of Samajwadi Party patron Mulayam Singh Yadav, suddenly the market of discussions got heated. When the administration fired a bulldozer at the SP's city office on Devi Road in the city. When the bulldozer ran on the SP's office in the SP's stronghold, there was a stir among the workers. The land on which this SP office was built was the land given by the district panchayat to the city SP office.

Mall will be built on the site

After the bulldozer, the SP office turned into a pile of rubble. For this, the process of debris auction was conducted 10 days in advance and instructions were given to remove the debris in 7 days. At this site, the Zilla Panchayat will prepare a big multipurpose mall for the residents of the city. For this, the help of 18 reputed companies registered with the government is being taken.

On September 9, the district panchayat had given notice to the SP district president to vacate the city office. After this 3 days time was given to vacate the office. If the office was not vacated, the administrative officials got the city office vacated on 12 September in the presence of heavy police force. 

District panchayat officer’s comment 

OP Singh, Additional Chief Officer of District Panchayat said that in 1994, the lease was given for ten years. Then there was a 90-year lease for the SP office, then the new office of the party was not formed. He says that the rules have been violated in this case and this action has been taken on making the office elsewhere. On September 9, notices were given to vacate the office on the instructions of the government. After the formation of the new office, the land of the district panchayat has been vacated. Here the Zilla Panchayat will build its own complex.
