Jammu and Kashmir: Tunnel found near IB at Chak Fakira in Samba, BSF investigates tunnel- Watch Video

Under the guise of the ceasefire on the International Border, a tunnel was dug by Pakistan, which is fueling terrorism, and has been discovered by alert BSF personnel. After the killing of two suicide terrorists in Sunjwan, Jammu, the operation was going on to find Pakistan's tunnels along the border. During the same operation, alert BSF personnel discovered the mouth of the tunnel near the forward post of Chak Fakira in Samba at around 5.30 pm on Wednesday. It was hidden by grass. During the last nine years in Jammu division, till now 10 tunnels along the border have been made to infiltrate the terrorists.

BSF DIG SPS Sandhu says that at present, during the preliminary investigation, it appears that it may be a tunnel which is adjacent to the IB. Due to darkness it could not be tested properly. In such a situation, now the tunnel will be examined on Thursday morning itself and then information will be given about it.

on April 22 last, terrorists from across the border targeted a CISF bus in Sunjwan area of Jammu. Soon after, the terrorists also opened fire on the police vehicles stationed at the block. However, both the terrorists were killed in this attack. After this, the IED was also recovered near the highway in Raguda area of Sidra last week. Since the terrorist boss sitting in Pakistan is very concerned about the number of terrorists in Kashmir decreasing and that is the reason why the infiltration efforts from Pakistan side across the border are continuing.
