Jiah Khan Suicide Case: After almost a decade, Jiah Khan suicide case was today heading for a big decision by the Central bureau of Investigation. As per the final verdict the prime accused in the case Sooraj Pancholi who was charged on the basis of 6 page long suicide note left by the actress has now been acquitted by CBI Court. Jiah Khan, a Bollywood actress, was discovered dead on June 3, 2013, at her Mumbai residence. The CBI Special Court delivered its decision  almost ten years after the actress committed suicide. Actor Sooraj Pancholi was charged in this case for encouraging Jia to kill herself. The court said that Sooraj Pancholi had been freed when it announced its decision today.

Sooraj Pancholi has been cleared of all charges in the Jiah Khan suicide case. Following this, he took to his social media handle to express his reaction for the first time. The actor shared a message on his Insta Story that read, "Truth always wins," accompanied by an emoji of folded hands and a heart. The case was almost concluded during the previous week, but the CBI judge, AS Sayyad, reserved his judgment until today, April 28, 2023, after hearing the arguments. According to media reports, Sooraj Pancholi was seen leaving his residence in his car to head towards the court. The son of Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, he had been accused of abetting Jiah Khan's suicide.
