The much-awaited Khatron ke Khiladi is back with yet another season with more thrill, fear, and danger. Hosted by actor-director Rohit Shetty, the 13th season has already begun its shooting in South Africa. Many contestants have shared their Cape Town journey so far on their social media. Ruhi Chaturvedi, Shiv Thakare, Archana Gautam, Arjit Taneja, Anjali Anand, Sheezan Khan, and others are set to confront their fear and fight to win the stunt-based reality show. One of the contestants is Anjum Fakih, the Kumkum Bhagya actress who will also be among the contestants to compete in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.

Anjum Fakih Early Life & Education

Anjum Fakih was born on September 12, 1989, into a Konkani Muslim household in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India. Kamaluddin Fakih and Sultana Fakih, her parents, reside in Ratnagiri’s Vikhroli and Panderi, respectively. She graduated from the University of Mumbai. She moved to Mumbai when she was 19 years old to pursue a career in acting and modelling. Anjum Fakih Career

She gained popularity in the entertainment industry with the MTV Chat House television programme. After a five-year break, she made a comeback to television in 2015 with Tere Sheher Mein on Star Plus, where she played Rachita Agnihotri. She also made an appearance in Time Machine that year. Before leaving the show in 2016, Fakih received significant praise for her performance as the villainous antagonist Rani Rageshwari in the historical drama Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, which aired on Zee TV. She then appeared in the social drama Devanshi on Colours TV where she portrayed Sakshi, the adopted sister of the film’s protagonist.

Fakih made appearances as a parallel lead in Kundali Bhagya, a popular Zee TV programme by Ekta Kapoor, from 2017 until 2023. She received a Zee Rishtey Award and a Gold Award for her portrayal of the wicked and fun-loving Srishti. She also had a cameo in two of Ekta Kapoor’s other series, Dil Hi Toh Hai and Naagin 5. Fakih played Maitri in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2. Fakih appeared in two web series in 2020, Kashmakash and Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain, where she had significant roles.
