Lakhimpur Kheri Violence:

Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra's statement has surfaced after the Lakhimpur Kheri violence in Uttar Pradesh. Ajay Mishra has blamed Rakesh Tikait, leader of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, for this violence. Moreover, Ajay Mishra has said that ‘my son and I were not present at the spot at that time. There should be a judicial inquiry into this matter. The truth will come out in front of everyone.’

Action should be taken against those who are guilty, says Ajay Mishra:

Ajay Mishra said, "Our workers have also died in the violence, they should also get compensation. We have spoken to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath regarding this incident. Action should be taken against those who are guilty.” Ajay Mishra said, “Protesters attacked our workers and they were beaten up. We have also asked to register a case."

Had my son been there, they would have beaten him to death, says Ajay Mishra:

Ajay Mishra further said, “The way our workers have been beaten to death, if my son would also have been there, he would have been beaten to death too. We are ready to investigate. It is clear in the video that some people are killing and they are also saying that you take the name of the minister. My car was carrying the workers, maybe they saw it and understood that my son is in it. This attack can also be done to kill him.

Farmers' displeasure increased after 'warning to behave properly within two minutes:

It is being told that the displeasure of the farmers, who have been agitating for about ten months against the three agricultural laws of the central government, increased further after the alleged statement of the Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra, in which he asked the farmers to ‘behave properly within two minutes’ and ‘leave Lakhimpur Kheri’.

A video of Ajay Kumar Mishra, Minister of State for Home and MP from Lakhimpur Kheri, warning farmers at a meeting in his home district a few days ago, is doing the rounds on social media, in which he is heard saying, "Saamana karo aakar, hum aapko sudhar denge, do minute lagega keval."
