In a complaint submitted to the Delhi Police commissioner’s office, the woman said that Kaushik was demanding money back, which her husband allegedly refused to give. She claimed that Kaushik was killed with certain medications that her husband had planned.

The woman claims that the party also included the son of Dawood Ibrahim. Her husband is allegedly involved in the trade of several different sorts of drugs, according to the lawsuit. According to the woman, her husband allegedly informed Kaushik that there was no evidence of the payment having been made, but he was willing to make it up.

What did the police say?

In the complaint, the woman said- Then I heard Kaushik telling my husband that he had given him a promissory note. I just learned of Kaushik’s death. I am convinced that my husband conspired with his associates to drug Kaushik to death so that he would not have to repay the money. Officials from the police department declined to comment. According to sources, 25 people who attended the party at the farmhouse will be questioned.
